One thing you'll do differently tomorrow. Be specific. Vague intentions don't survive 7am.
Leadership starts before the floor does. It starts with reading yourself. Name where you are. Plot it honestly. Then ask if it serves the people you lead. You cannot regulate what you will not name.
The words you put on yourself become the state you lead from. "I am" fuses you to the feeling. "I'm noticing" gives you room to choose. Say it how you normally would. Watch it shift.
Use the square above. Honest beats flattering. The point is not to look good. It is to see clearly.
