What Pressure Reveals

Pressure exposes the leader you have already built.

Every service drive runs on pressure. Month-end. Turnover. The number on the board. Most leaders manage the number, and wonder why it never holds. This book hands you the system underneath it.

Paperback, $19.95. Your card is charged on release day, not today.

Who this is for

Service directors. Fixed operations managers. Shop foremen stepping into their first leadership seat. Anyone responsible for a number they cannot personally produce.

If you have ever hit the number one month and missed it the next with the same people and the same process, this book is about the gap in between.

What is inside

  • The TORQUE Method A repeatable system for turning intent into behavior that holds under load.
  • The Manager Archetypes Four default patterns leaders fall back on when pressure arrives. Find yours.
  • The Field Deck Ten cards you can run with your team on a Tuesday morning. No prep required.

What early readers are saying

This isn't a book of ideas to admire from a distance. It's something you can actually use.

Mark Cousino, SVP and Chief Talent Officer, Kyndryl

It challenges leaders to look closely at how they show up when the pressure is highest. That is usually when leadership matters most.

Chad Blake, President and COO, 20+ year automotive leader

It deserves a place on the desk of every dealer principal, general manager, and fixed operations director.

Shon Kingrey, Fixed Operations Executive
