Welcome to The Coaching Cohort™. Before your first session, please read the following standards carefully. These are not policies. They are the covenant of this room — the agreement that makes the work possible. When you sign below, you are committing to every standard, every session, for the full six months.

Attendance

You attend every scheduled one-on-one and group session. Your presence is not optional. When you are absent, the room loses your voice and your peers lose your perspective. Protect this commitment before anything else on your calendar.

Contribution

Passive attendance is not participation. You bring your real challenges to group settings. You engage honestly. You give what you want to receive. Silence is a withdrawal from the group.

Between-Session Work

What you commit to in the session, you do. The work does not live in the hour we share. It lives in the choices you make when no one is watching. That is where the change happens.

Hot Seat Presence

When it is your seat, be open. Do not manage your image. When it is someone else's seat, be fully present. Ask real questions. Challenge assumptions without ego. The hot seat is the heartbeat of this cohort.

Partner Accountability

Respect is non-negotiable. Encouragement is not a courtesy — it is a responsibility. You pour into this group because others will pour into you. Every leader here is trusting you with their real challenges. Protect that trust absolutely.
